1. Description of Terms of Use
These TOU represent a binding contract between you and CC Chinese, and by creating an account or otherwise accessing CC Chinese, you expressly agree to be bound by them. The TOU incorporates the provisions of the Privacy Policy, so please review them carefully as well. If you do not agree to be bound by the TOU, you may not use or purchase CC Chinese.

Membership of CC Chinese is void where it does not accord with our registration obligations, described here. You agree to maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, up-to-date and complete. You furthermore agree to all of the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use. If CC Chinese has reasonable grounds to suspect that any information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we retain the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account details and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. Your Account must be used only by you and must not be shared with, or transferred to any other individual. You must immediately notify us via our Contact Us page of any suspected or actual, unauthorized, or fraudulent use of your Account or any other breach of security.
You agree that we may send communications to your email address for customer service, confirmations, newsletters, product offers, and other matters.

4. Proprietary Rights in App Content; Limited License
CC Chinese is protected by international intellectual property laws and you agree to abide by them. Without our prior written consent, you may not download, copy or store CC Chinese content in any form outside of CC Chinese and you may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works based on, distribute, or perform any CC Chinese content. You agree to comply with reasonable written requests from us to help us in protecting our proprietary and intellectual property rights in CC Chinese. All intellectual property rights in CC Chinese are, as between you and CC Chinese, the sole and exclusive property of CC Chinese.
Some CC Chinese features either now or in the future may allow you to post or submit content and materials for publication on CC Chinese (“Your Content”). You own any intellectual property rights to Your Content, but you agree that we can use, reproduce, modify, adapt and publish Your Content for purposes of enabling us to offer CC Chinese or the features you have elected to use. You are responsible for Your Content, and acknowledge that once published, we cannot always remove it.
We appreciate when you provide us feedback through customer service or by email or social features, but we may use any feedback, comments, or suggestions without any obligations to you.
5. User Conduct
CC Chinese is created for millions of people. We expect, in turn, that our users do not misuse our products and services. In addition, by assenting to these Terms of Service, you represent, warrant, and agree that you will not:

6. CC Chinese Subscription Plans, Payments, and Renewals
CC Chinese may offer different subscription plans and gift plans; and the specific pricing terms applicable to your account may vary depending on promotions, the type of subscription, and the term you select at the time of purchase (e.g., monthly or annual).
If you choose a monthly plan, your subscription will run from month to month and will renew automatically at the end of each monthly period. Payment for the next monthly period will be taken at that time unless you cancel your subscription.
Annual accounts run for twelve months from the date it is activated, and your subscription will renew automatically at the end of that twelve-month period unless you choose to cancel your subscription.
By providing payment information to us, you agree that the payment information is valid and (1) in your name or (2) in the name of an individual who has authorized you to use their payment information for your subscription purchase. If you provide someone else’s payment information, you agree that we may refund the payment to that person if they so request and if the account is eligible for a refund under this Payment Policy. This may cause interruption to or termination of your CC Chinese service.
7. Refund Policy
We do not prorate refunds or offer partial refunds, and we do not offer refunds for monthly or annual subscriptions.
Please NOTE that if you purchase a subscription through the Apple or Google Play Stores, the sale is final, and we will not provide a refund. Your purchase will be subject to Apple’s and Google Play’s applicable payment policy, which also may not provide for refunds.
9. Changes to Pricing
We may occasionally need to change the features of our Subscription Plans and/or change the prices charged for these accounts. In the event of any increase in the price or material reduction in the features of any plans to which you subscribe, we will communicate these change(s) to you at least four weeks in advance and the changes will only take effect with respect to any subsequent renewal of your subscription.
10. Termination of Your Account by Us
We reserve the right to modify, temporarily suspend or permanently delete your Account and terminate your access to the Services if we have reason to believe that you have breached or acted inconsistently with the Terms.
